💡 Each person at 360TFT should focus on What’s Important Now. They should take care of what is within their control at that any one moment.
The areas you need to take care of vary depending on your role at the club, but players should take care of themselves, each other, and the following 10 controllable areas.
There has to be a consequence to not meeting these areas, and that is up to the Leadership Group to determine (spoiler: it’s a fine).

🏗 1. Being on Time
- Being on time for training and matches is important. Punctuality is a keystone habit that requires organisation and planning ahead - both of which lead to greater success
🎨 2. Work Ethic
- This is the discipline of showing up consistently and making the best decisions that lead to peak performance. The best decisions come from working hard and having a strong work ethic as you can fail fast and get to success quicker.
🐙 3. Effort
- Effort looks different to different people, but it is important to give your best effort. Effort is a mindset as much as it is a behaviour.
🧍♀️ 4. Body language
- Be positive and encouraging with your body language. How you move and express yourself around others shapes who you are and how you are perceived. Mutual respect should be shown to teammates, coaches, staff, and especially fans.
⚡ 5. Energy
- Everyone has energy to devote to a goal, and the decision of how much to give. Be conscious about where yours goes.
🧲 6. Attitude
- You should try to maintain a 100% positive attitude at all times, especially on the pitch. It’s up to you to have a positive attitude. No one else can decide that. A great attitude maximises the talent that you do have and offsets what you lack.
💡 7. Passion
- Perhaps the single most important way each one of us can suffocate the fear that keeps us from peak performance. Our team and community should be powered by our passion
🏫8. Being Coachable
- Everyone can become a better listener, learn from feedback, and embrace the success of others. If you come to training, are coachable, and want to learn, then you will.
📣9. Doing Extra
- Go the extra mile. That extra work and preparation fosters confidence. We can all learn from this approach and exceed our own expectations. You are responsible for your fitness and health (both mental and physical) As a club, we are here to support you in all extra activities.
