There has to be a consequence to not meeting these rules, and that is up to the Leadership Group to determine (spoiler: it’s a fine).

🏗 1. It’s Always 100% Positive Attitude

• A great attitude maximises the talent that you do have and offsets what you lack. It also spreads to everyone in the club, and helps the club grow

🚺 2. Everyone Is Responsible for Everything

• That’s setting standards, turning up to training and matches on time, adjusting the team on a matchday depending on what you see, speaking up and speaking out……. Everything.

We have a Collective Responsibility for controlling what we can in the moment, then we achieve things as a team that we cannot achieve as individuals
